Two failed attacks on the same offer, with a valley between. Confirming close is under the valley (the neck).
The cheat
The valley is the neckline. Close under it. Target is the peak-to-valley height projected down.
It dies if
A third push that closes through the twin highs is a breakout, not a double top. Do not stay short that.
