If resistance breaks

0.428

A close through 0.392 opens 0.428. If 0.333 holds, walk it toward 0.646. That is the only add.

If support breaks

0.321

A close under 0.333 looks for 0.321. If 0.316 gives way, the next bid is 0.321. Do not invent a bounce until a higher-low prints and holds.

What to do

A level is doing the work. Defend it or step aside — do not invent a breakout. Count: Wave 2 · 79% retrace of Wave 1. Next support 0.333200, then 0.321300. Resistance 0.392400, then 0.428200. Count dies under 0.316480.

No clean range — the tape is already expressing the last cause.

Elliott

Wave 2 — the trap

The move is over. Everyone says so. It is not.

Wave 2 gives back most of Wave 1. Classically it dies in the 50–78% box and refuses to break the Wave 1 start. This is the springboard. It is also where most people get shaken out because the story sounds finished. A Wave 2 that holds is the cheapest inventory you will see before Wave 3.

If the Wave 2 low holds, Wave 3 is the expansion. The count dies if Wave 1's origin breaks. That is the only line that matters.

Wyckoff

Markdown — the ice is broken

Lower highs. Bounces are gifts to sellers.

Once the ice (range low) gives way on volume, the cause built in the range expresses downward. This rhymes with Wave A/C. Do not average a falling knife. Wait for accumulation to start — a range after the decline, then a spring.

Bounces into the old floor are for exiting, not for heroics. The next bid is the next support, not your cost basis.

Power of 3

PO3 — accumulate in the box

Nothing is happening. Mark the high and the low.

Power of 3 starts with a range. This is the 'dead' tape. The first raid of either side is the setup, not the story. Tight ranges with shrinking energy are the coil.

Draw the box. Do not trade the middle. The raid of a side is the cheat-code entry if it reclaims.

Pattern

Inverse head and shoulders

Three troughs. The middle is the deepest. Graduation is the neck.

One of the cleanest reversal tells. A close through the neckline is the graduation, not the first bounce off the right shoulder. Target is neck plus the head depth.

The right shoulder is the Wave 2 / spring. The neckline close is Wave 3 starting.
